how do i place a custom order?

under each collection, there is a custom order option. you can purchase this item and then add color requests in the notes at checkout. if you are looking for a different design than we have available on the website, please purchase our custom order deposit: and leave your ideas in the notes at checkout.


what are your hardware options?

we have three kinds of hardware and a total of thirteen options for your binky beads. you can see more information on our hardware options page by clicking here.


are your products safe?

binky beads are made with food safe silicone and wooden supplies. they are 100% non-toxic, lead free, bpa free, cadmium free, mercury free, phthalate free and fda approved.

each style of binky beads is tested by pulling, twisting and dropping them multiple times.


what are your processing + shipping times like?

binky beads are generally made to order. if your items are in stock, we will process your order in 3-4 weeks. if your items are not in stock, they can take up to 8 weeks to process. if your item is not in stock, you will be notified within 2-5 business days and given the option to substitute or cancel your order.

we strive to get your orders out as soon as possible, this is often within 2-5 days. if you have any concerns about your processing time, please send us an email to and we can give you a more accurate estimate.

we also offer a rush service. please purchase our rush order fee: to be moved to the front of the order line and receive your items asap.

orders under $100 are shipped usps first class (2-5 days), items over $100 are shipped usps priority mail (1-3 days). 

please contact us ahead of time if you need your items by a specific date. we have rush options available.


do you accept cancellations?

as long as your order has not shipped, you can cancel at anytime. due to our quick turnaround this could be less than 12 hours, so please email us asap. cancelled orders will forfeit any deposits made on custom orders. 

if your order has already shipped, you may return the package at your cost (or return to sender which would be free) and you will be refunded your total cost minus the cost to ship and a $2 restocking fee. 


how does your warranty work?

we offer a lifetime guarantee on all of our products. within 30 days of purchase, we will send you a return shipping label and cover return shipping costs. outside of 30 days, but within 90 days of purchase, the customer is required to pay shipping to Binky Beads and we will pay for return shipping to the customer. if it has been more than 90 days, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. in addition, if any parts have gone missing, the customer is responsible for paying the retail cost on new parts. 

for example, if your dog got a hold of your binky beads after 90 days and destroyed the clip, you will send back everything but the clip and be responsible for all shipping costs and a new clip. we will provide new cord and all labor costs for free.
